ST MARY’S SINGERS:  On Friday, July 10 at 7.30pm and Saturday, July 11 at 2.30pm St Mary’s Singers will present a Summer.  For tickets, costing £10 for Adults,  £5 for under 16, please telephone:  Shirley Tant, 01767 316948
CHURCH SUMMER FAIR: This year will be on Sunday, July 12 from 11.00 am
DUNTON FOLK:  Next Tuesday, July 7 there will the monthly folk session in The March Hare from 8pm. All are welcome to play, sing or just turn up and listen.  The next concert will be on Saturday, July 18 when the main act will be “The Where’s Spot Band” - a popular 4 piece band from Essex making their first appearance at Dunton Folk.
ST MARY’S SINGERS:  Will be at St Mary Magdalene Church, Dunton Friday, July 10 at 7.30pm and Saturday afternoon July 11 at  2.30pm  performing Bizet’s Carmen in the English version “Passion Flower” Gina Abbatt  as Carman, Simon Williams  as Don Jose. There is also a Choir of local Children conducted by Karen Beer. Musical Director David Beer.  Tickets are £10 for Adults and £5 for Children under 16 which includes a glass of wine or soft drink. SUMMER FAIR: This annual event takes place In the Church on Sunday, July 12 from 11.00 am. There is no entrance Charge but donations are welcome. There will be a Children’s Fancy Dress Competition with a prize for best young and older child. Judging is at 11.30 am - Lets see as many children as possible in Fancy Dress! Then at 12.00 noon  there will be a Lunchtime Concert from Dunton’s own Singtastics. There will be a BBQ and  more Stalls and Games including ‘Banana Tower’ and ‘Coconut Shy’ - Home Made Cakes and Cream Teas
Raffle  plus  Stalls from many Dunton Groups & Organisations
COMMUNITY GARDEN:  The next event in the garden will be an Open Afternoon from 2pm – 5pm on Sunday, July 19. Produce is available in the community shop on Monday afternoon and Thursday. Plants, preserves etc. are sold from the trolley in Dunton School.   Remember the garden is open at any time but if you want to arrange to be shown round phone to arrange it. 01767 313898 or for more information see  www.duntongarden.org
