FORTHCOMING EVENTS

CHURCH COFFEE MORNING The next monthly coffee morning is tomorrow Saturday, May 4 from 10.30 - 12.00. Call in for a cup of tea or coffee plus a chance to catch up with friends and neighbours.
 VILLAGE QUIZ NIGHT: The next Village Quiz Night in The March Hare is this Sunday, May 5 at 7.30pm. All welcome. No booking. No charge. Just turn up for a fun evening and join in or listen in.
FOLK SESSION:  The monthly folk session takes place in The March Hare next Tuesday, May 7 from 8pm onwards. Musicians, Singers, listeners and foot tappers all welcome.
ST MARYS SINGERS: The previously cancelled Spring Concert "Gloria" by , has now been rescheduled for May 11 at 7.30pm but the venue has been changed to St Mary Magdelene Church at Dunton. Tickets bought for the original concert can still be used and new tickets, costing £10 and £5 (U16) are available by calling 01767 316948 in Dunton or 01767 601877 . Ticket price includes a glass of wine or soft drink. The programme includes Vivaldi's Gloria and a selection of favourite sacred choral music. The New English Concert Orchestra strings section will also perform Eine Kleine Nachtmusik by Mozart.
SUNDAY SERVICE on May 12  8.00 am Said Holy Communion followed by Continental Breakfast
THE NEXT SUNDAY CLUB is on May 12  2.00 - 4.00 pm in Church when the theme will be Christian Aid. There will also be activities for the older children. TEA & CHAT’ AFTERNOON in the Church Wednesday May 15 between 2.30 - 4.00 pm Everyone is welcome to a cup of tea or coffee and biscuits.Try your luck on the Raffle.
FOLK CONCERT: In The Church on Saturday May  18  Life and Times - Treasures of the Heartlands With songs about Bedfordshire, stories, customs and legends you will be informed, enlightened and entertained.   Doors open at 7.30pm and concerts start at 8.00pm.  Bar available.
CHURCH QUIZ NIGHT:  Change of date. Please note that the next quiz night in the Church will be on Saturday, June 8 at 7.30pm and not May 4 or July 6 as previously advertised.
BABY & TODDLERS:  Every Wednesday in Church from 9.00 am - 11.00 am during school term time there is an informal get together where you can meet and chat. There is no charge and refreshments are provided. For more information contact Louise Hadley on 221829
